It was reasonably priced. Hip new hotel, the stay was wonderful, perfect location right next to Canal Street subway station. Food was outstanding - I loved it. Late check out too. Foyer was impressive.

the location in an amazing area was strategic and there were the shops and retail shops nearby. outstanding view, a small balcony, neat bed, too. everything was excellent as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was too small. the food at the english breakfast was fresh.

The hotel was clean, facilities were clean, handy location close to bars, a stone's throw from lots of shopping in SoHo and two subways. I got fresh bread, pastries and croissants for breakfast in the club. Delightful staff and fantastic service all day long. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus...

Excellent service and genuinely professional staff. Bed was very comfy and lovely room overall. I loved staying here, the breakfast was marvellous. There was an AVERAGE restaurant, stores and retail stores next door.

worth its 4 stars. this hotel was good home base for exploring new york city, enjoyed it. only 10 min walk to downtown. venue's concierge is one of the top employees!

A huge variety various drinks, such as wines and soft drinks in the bar. The most pleasant staff we have ever experienced anywhere in the world.
